What's the difference between temp, temp to hire, and direct hire?
Temporary staffing covers a shift or project with no long-term commitment. Temp to hire lets you try someone on our payroll first, then bring them on directly if it’s a fit. Direct hire is for permanent roles you want filled right the first time, with the candidate on your payroll from day one.
What areas do you serve?
At Seek Staffing serves employers and job seekers throughout California. We’re based in the Central Valley, including Tulare, Kern, Fresno, and Kings County, and support staffing needs statewide.
Are candidates screened before I meet them?
Screening is tailored to each client’s needs. Background checks and skills testing are available based on what your role requires.
