We Started This Staffing Agency Because Nobody Was Answering the Phone.

Not a call center. Not a script. Not a recruiter who’s never set foot in a warehouse. Just two women who got tired of watching good employers and good workers miss each other, and decided to fix it themselves.

THE STORY

25 years of watching staffing get done wrong. So we did it right.

Lina Sanchez and Dunia Flores aren’t a corporate franchise with a script and a quota. They’re mother and daughter, with a combined 25 years in staffing before they ever put “At Seek” on a business card.

They saw the same thing happen over and over: employers stuck with candidates who didn’t show up, and workers stuck waiting on a recruiter who never called back. Big agencies had the volume. What they didn’t have was anyone who actually picked up the phone.

So in 2026, they started At Seek Staffing, built to serve California the way staffing should work: temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire, run by people who know the Central Valley because they live in it.

With 14 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, and leadership, Lina is passionate about connecting great people with the right opportunities. She brings a people-first approach to every partnership, and when she’s off the clock, she enjoys traveling and getting lost in a good book.

Dunia Flores

Managing Partner
Dunia brings 12 years of staffing industry experience, with a background in accounting, management, and branch leadership. Her experience and care for people help keep the team and its clients moving forward. Outside of work, she loves cooking and making memories with her family.
